Compassion Meditation is a heart-warming practice, based on the Buddhist principle of "Metta", which acknowledges that all beings are doing the best they can with the energy available to them at any one time. It is a practice that can help us realise the best of ourselves, residing always at our core. It can also help us see the innate good in others, gently guiding us towards forgiveness and healing in all our relationships.
